Refund & Return Policy – Valzini
30-Day Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase is required.
